2024 Event Form for Renewed SDA Church
Summary: The Purpose of the 2024 Event Form for Renewed SDA Church is to help ministries with the details of their event planning, and with planning coordination between different church departments and ministries.
It also serves as a part of church records.
Process/Instructions for Event Planning with the Event Form:
1. Ministry Leaders: Please submit this form at least six (6) weeks in advance of the event.
Please provide as much details as possible below about your event.
2. Once the electronic Event Form is sent in, it will be:
-> received by Communications Ministry
-> added to the church calendar (with details) that is found on our website at renewedsda.org/calendar.
-> forwarded to the facilitating elder of the sponsoring Ministry so they can assist with logistics for the event
*This may take 7-days after submission*
3. Ministry Leaders should follow-up with Communications Ministry if they have not received an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the submitted Event Form after a week (7 days) of submission.
4. Please note: if there is an outside Speaker for your event, please follow the church protocol for this, including getting approval from the Pastor for the specific speaker beforehand.
