Both our Sabbath School and Divine Hour services meet in person and are open to the public, with Sabbath School starting at 10:00am and our Divine Hour at 11:35am. 

 

Both services will also be available on Zoom for those who are unable to join us in person; Zoom information for these services is provided at the end of this email, along with additional zoom information for our weekly meetings.

  • Color for the day is the color of Royalty... PURPLE of ALL shades. Hats or Fascinators are Optional.

  • AY Sabbath afternoon sessions are starting!
  • Dates: Every second and fourth Saturday of the month
  • Time: From 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

 

  • Renewed Community Book Club: 

Please join Renewed Community Book Club every 4th Sunday of the month from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Starting May 26th 2024.

  • The General Conference of SDA has several openings and is looking for individuals with experience/expertise as Office Assistants, who can provide comprehensive administrative support to a department.  
  • Must be an SDA church member in good standing. For additional information on current openings go to https://tinyurl.com/gcjobpostings. 

 

  • Prayer and Fasting is an event that invites all members and believers, families and friends to pray. It involves Prayers of Intercession and Prayers for Transformation. This time will serve as an opportunity for confession, repentance and testimonies.

  • Early Morning Prayer Sessions every Sabbath Morning at 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM

 

  • Every Fourth Sabbath, 15 minutes after Church Service for 1-2 hours.

 

  • The Potomac Conference is celebrating their centennial anniversary on September 21, 2024! See flyer below for more details.

 

  • Children's Church: Please join Children's Ministries for Children's Church, every third Sabbath of the month during Divine Hour. Children's Church is open for all children from ages newborn to age 16. Please join us in the Fellowship Hall after Children's Offertory. Hope to see you there!

 

  • Blood Pressure Screenings: The Health Ministries Department is excited to provide Blood Pressure Screenings on the 4th Sabbath of every month immediately after church in the Health Room. Your health is your wealth!

 

  • ‘No Worry’ Wednesdays: This world is full of worries, but we can lay them down before the Lord together. Come out and join us for Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting and Bible Study, 7 pm-8 pm in the church fellowship hall. You can also join in via Zoom; this information can be found at the end of this email.
